答：1、负责公司各种会议的会议主持工作。
2、负责做好会议前的准备工作包括：
①会前策划，做到一会议主题；
②会议流程、会议主持稿；
③会场布置；
④统计参会人员；
⑤电脑、投影仪、音响、话筒等设备的安装调试；
⑥产品、奖品、条幅等物品的摆放等等。
3、不断创新会议内容与形式，积极调动会场气氛。
4、协助公司经理接待公司内外客人。
5、会议主持人应该体貌端庄、口齿清楚、观察敏锐、善于分析和综合,并富有幽默感.会议主持人是会场上的灵魂,会议的成功和会议主持人的关系很大。
6、负责公司员工的培训工作，包括员工入职培训、岗前培训、岗位培训、业务培训、产品知识培训、销售技巧培训等等。
7、提前制定好每日/周/月的计划草稿一份。
8、每个星期要作出一份总结报告。总结上一星期的工作情况。
9、每个月底要做一份本月份报告，总结本月的工作情况。
10、完成总经理临时交办的其他事情。
